| Wildhurst Cabernet Sauvignon breaks new ground in showcasing the possibilities of this noble varietal in Lake County. The vineyard lots are vinified separately and placed in French and American oak barrels, and only after aging are the lots carefully blended to create the finished wine. Each barrel is selected for a particular quality it will impart to, or enhance in, the finished wine . Deep ruby in color, with ripe varietal character of black currant, anise and fig, the wine combines robust fruit and firm tannins in a lean and elegant style.
